Submitting photographs to the Carvinite Photo Collection is a simple process. Photographs may be submitted via email or the Carvinite Photo Gallery BBS. Both processes are clearly outlined below. If you encounter any problems or have any further questions regarding the submission process, contact the webmaster.

Photo Submission Process: Email

Any photograph submissions may be sent to webmaster@electricshockmusic.com. Either include the photos in the body of your message, send them as attachments, or (if applicable) provide the URL(s) at which they are hosted on the internet. In the body of your message, please be certain to include the model number of your instrument or other Carvin gear, the year of manufacture, your full name, and if applicable, your Carvin BBS name. Also feel free to send any other pertinent information, such as the URL for your personal website. You may submit as many photographs as you please; however, due to space limitations, only two to three photographs are generally selected for inclusion on the Photo Gallery. All submitted photographs will be considered for inclusion.

After any submitted photographs have been posted to the Photo Gallery, you will be notified by email.

Photo Submission Process: Bulletin Board System

In order to submit photographs using the new Carvinite Photo Gallery BBS, you must first be a registered member and logged in to the BBS. In addition, your photographs must already be hosted elsewhere on the internet. Otherwise, photographs must be submitted by email, following the above instructions.

All BBS submissions must be posted in the Photo Gallery Submissions forum. Click on the "New Topic" icon to create a new post. To place a photograph in your post, simply click the "IMG" button on the Code Buttons row. A text box appears, in which you must enter the URL for your photograph.

If your images are stored on your computer, you must submit them via email, as outlined in the instructions above. An alternative method for submitting photographs that are stored on your computer is currently under development.

As with the email submission process outlined above, please include the model number of your instrument (or other Carvin gear), the year it was manufactured, your full name, and if applicable your Carvin BBS name. When you have finished making your submission, click the "Post New Topic" button to make your post. You will be notified by email (using the email address you supplied upon first registering) after some of your submitted photographs have been posted.

The Administrator reserves the right to alter or omit any submissions for any reason, and also reserves the right to notify the sender. The Administrator is not to be held responsible for any images posted, and will not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any image or corresponding information. You agree, by using this service, that you will not use the Carvinite Family Photo Gallery to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, or otherwise violative of any law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is explicitly owned by you or by the Carvinite Family Photo Gallery.
